1 cup chopped carrots
2 celery stalks chopped

Add:
1 teaspoon of oregano
1 teaspoon of sage
1 teaspoon of italian seasonings
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
Season salt to taste
