Ingredients

    1 lb elbow macaroni
    2.5 c cauliflower
    1 T evoo
    2 T unsalted butter
    1 small onion, chopped
    3 T flour
    1/2 t cayenne pepper
    1 t paprika
    3 c milk (I use nonfat)
    1 c chicken broth
    3 c grated gouda
    1 T dijon mustard
    Salt and fresh ground pepper
    *1 c bell peppers (my own addition- any kind on hand)
