    * Asparagus, fresh, 40 spear, small - use just the upper, tender part - cooked about 5 minutes and cut into 1" sections
    * Shallots, 6 tbsp chopped
    * Prosciutto, 3 oz diced (Italian ham)
    * Butter, salted, 4 tbsp (or less)
