Healthy Fruit Regenerating Smoothie

Ingredients


    Makes 5 x 1 cup servings.

    Add the following ingredients in a blender:
    - 1/2 cup Apple sauce
    - 4 tsp Fish oil w. Lemon flavour
    - 2 tbsp Ground flax seed
    - 1/4 cup Lemon juice
    - 1 1/4 cup Milk
    - 1 tsp Vanilla extract
    - 1 cup Frozen mixed berries
    - 2 cups Frozen mangos
    - 2 1/2 cups Water (or juice to make it sweeter)

    Mix all the ingredients until smooth and serve in 5 glasses (1 cup in each).
