    1 cup quinoa, dry
    1 cup brown rice, dry
    1 cup chickpeas or 1 can, drained and rinsed
    1 large pepper, chopped in small pieces
    1 bunch of scallions, thinly sliced
    1 bunch of broccoli, chopped
    1 cup raisins
    3/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted

    Dressing:
    1/4 cup Lemon juice
    1/2 cup non fat, plain, greek yogurt
    1 garlic clove, minced or grated
    curry powder, cumin, turmeric, fenugreek and salt to taste
