Quinoa Tabbouleh Salad

Ingredients

    * Red Tomatoes, 1 large
    * Peeled Carrot, raw, 1 small
    * Peeled Cucumber, 1 large
    * Quinoa - Any quinoa is fine (make sure you rinse them first)
    * Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice, 1
    * Parsley, 1/2 cup
    * Water, tap, 2 cups
    * Garlic, 1 clove
