Ingredients

    1 TB grapeseed or olive oil
    2 TB cumin seeds
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    About 1 cup sweet peppers, sliced
    2 tsp grated or minced fresh ginger
    2 tsp minced garlic
    2 TB coriander seeds
    2 TB curry powder
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
    1/3 cup tomato paste
    28 oz can crushed tomatoes
    2 X 14-oz cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed
    About 4 to 6 cups chopped Swiss chard leaves
