La's Giant Salad All Phases

Ingredients

    clean baby spinach - LOTS - MORE THAN THE LETTUCE
    lettuce of your choice - not so much (it hasn't got the nutritional value we want - well most of it doesnt'.)
    shredded cabbage- red if you can -
    green beans fresh uncooked chopped inch size
    celery
    radish if you like
    onion red is better
    matchstick carrots for color
    mung bean sprouts (found in the "organic section sometime"
    alfalfa sprouts
    english cuke
    tomato
    mushrooms
    seeds sesame/sunflower
    nuts sliced or chopped almonds
    scallions
    lf cheese of choice (I like feta, or the 3 mexican low fat/carb stuff or parmesan)
    AND ANYTHING ELSE YOU LIKE!
    keep the mushy stuff aside (add into individual servings)
    Keep the cheese aside for individual servings
    washed black olives
