Green Smoothie

Ingredients

    1/2 C frozen blueberries
    1 C Tropical Frozen Fruit Blend (such as Wawona Festival Blend fron Costco)
    2 C packed spinach leaves
    2 C packed Kale leaves
    1 C packed red leaf lettuce leaves
    1/2 med. banana
    1/2 C Almond Milk Beverage (I like Almond Breeze Unsw. Vanilla)
    1 C orange juice

    *Sometimes I use grapefuit segments as well, like the del monte packaged grapefuit cups in the ref. section. I don't drain it, just put the whole thing in and reduce the amount of oj)
