1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips (or 1/4 cup chocolate & 1/4 cup butterscotch chips)
1 Large Egg
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Tsp Butter Extract
2 Tbsp Butterscotch or Caramel Ice Cream Topping, Heated
2 Tbsp Hershey's Fudge Ice Cream Topping, Heated
1 Tbsp Powdered Sugar
1-2 Tsp Water
