    2 TBS tapenade
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/4 cup + 3 TBS lemon juice
    2 cups israeli couscous (normal couscous is fine too)
    1 TBS lemon zest
    1 cup fresh green beans (or asparagus depending what is in season)
    2 TBS olive oil
    1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
    2/3 cup chopped mint or parsley
