Ingredients

    2 tbsp canola oil, divided
    500 grams boneless, skinless chicken thighs (bite sized pieces)
    1 onion
    2 cloves of garlic
    1 tbsp ginger root, grated
    2 tbsp butter
    2 tsp lemon juice
    1 tsp garam masala
    1 tsp cumin
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
    1 cup tomato sauce
    1 cup Carnation Fat Free Evaporated Milk
    1/4 cup plain low fat yogourt
    salt and pepper to taste
