* Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
* chicken or beef or veggie stock, 3 cubes
* Salt, 1 tbsp
* Pepper, black, 2 tsp
* 10 gms (1 tsp) of blue cheese
* 6 cups of water ( or until cauliflower is covered)
& chives to garnish (optional)
