Sauteed Chicken And Mango Salsa

Ingredients

6 boned and skinned thighs (or 4 boned and skinned breasts)
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 clove fresh garlic crushed
1/4 cup diced onion (or 1 tbsp dried minced onion)
2 cups Progresso chicken Broth
1-2 cups white wine (Sauvignon Blanc or a Pinot Grigio is best)
½ tsp fresh ground Nutmeg
½ tsp Allspice
1/4 tsp fresh ground Chipotle Chili powder
2 tbsp white Balsamic Vinegar to taste
Salt and White Pepper to taste
2 cup Mango Salsa
