- 2 Tblps seasoned rice vinegar
- 2 Tblps fresh lime juice
- 2 Tblps grated peeled fresh ginger
- 1 Tblps sesame oil
- 24 medium (about 1 lb) shrimp, peeled, deveined, tails intact
- 2 teaspoons vege oil
- 1/3 tsp kosher salt
- 1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 2 Tblps white sesame (I always end of using lots more)
