  • 2 c. sugar(or splenda)
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 c. Crisco oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups apples, diced.
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans(optional)
  • or mix pecans with 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1 Tbsp. brown sugar & sprinkle on top of batter.
