  • 1/4 cup water
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 large egg white, lightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • Filling:
  • 5 1/2 cups sliced peeled ripe Bosc pears (about 6 pears)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups frozen fat-free vanilla yogurt
