Angela's Flan


  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • Cooking spray
  • 2 cups 2% reduced-fat milk
  • 1 tablespoon white rum
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 (14-ounce) can low-fat sweetened condensed milk


Flan Is A Traditional Dessert Of Mexico. This One Has Some Additional Flavorings We Really Liked. The Original Recipe Weighed In At Less Than 30% Calories From Fat, But We Decreased It Further By Using Low-fat Milks In Place Of Whole.
