  • 1 tablespoon Champagne vinegar or white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon miso (soybean paste)
  • 2 teaspoons minced shallots
  • 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
