  • Potatoes:
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups thinly sliced peeled baking potato (about 1 large)
  • 1 1/2 cups thinly sliced peeled Yukon gold potato (about 2 large)
  • 1 1/2 cups thinly sliced peeled sweet potato (about 1 large)
  • 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese
