300 g Wild Rocket Or Normal Rocket 1 Pear Sliced thinly - core removed 80 g Parmesan Shaved Juice of 1 Lemon 3 tablespoons Olive Oil Salt & PepperDescription
Wash The Rocket Leaves Gently And Drain Place Into A Mixing And Bowl Add In The Pear Slices, Salt, Pepper, Lemon Juice And Oil. Mix Gently So As Not To Bruise The Leaves. Place Into A Serving Bowl And Place The Parmesan Over The Top
