1 kg eye fillet, cut into 3 cm cubes 2 medium onions, cut into 3 cm dice 2 red peppers, cut into 3 cm dice 100 g button mushrooms 200 g thick cut smokey bacon, cut into 3 cm dice Salt, pepper BBQ spicy dry rub 1 tbsp toasted and ground cumin seeds 1 tbsp toasted and ground coriander seeds 2 tbsp dried chilli (not too hot) 1 tbsp black peppercorns 1 tbsp white peppercorns 2 tbsp dried oregano 1 tsp sweet paprika 1 tsp salt

Coat Beef Fillet With Dry Spice Rub And Olive Oil. Alternate Meat And Vegetable Pieces Onto Long Metal Skewers Grill On High Heat For Approximately 6 Minutes Or Until Medium/rare, Turning Regularly.
