2 cups rolled oats 2 Juice of Lemons 1 cup Water 2 granny smith apples 2 cups Plain Yoghurt 6 tablespoons Honey Fresh Fruit to serve or poached in the winter 4 tablespoons Roasted Hazelnuts skinned and crushed to serveDescription
Mix The Oats, Lemon Juice And Water Together, Cover And Soak Overnight. In The Morning, Add The Yoghurt To The Oats, Along With The Honey And Freshly Grated Apple. Keep The Mixture Quite Wet. Serve Into 4 Bowls And Top With The Fruit And Hazelnuts.
