Apple Roquefort Slaw


1 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup olive oil 1/4 cup white wine vinegar Dash Tabasco 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce Dash garlic salt 1 head cabbage, chopped, or 1 bag prepared slaw mix 4 large Granny Smith apples, peeled and chopped 4 stalks celery, chopped 4 ounces crumbled Roquefort cheese


In Large Bowl, Combine Mayonnaise, Oil, Vinegar, Tabasco, Worcestershire Sauce And Garlic Salt Until Well-blended. Then Add The Shredded Cabbage, Chopped Apples, Chopped Celery And Roquefort Cheese. Toss And Chill 1 To 3 Hours.
