1 (14- to 15-ounce) can diced tomatoes 1 cup finely chopped onion 1 cup finely chopped green or red bell pepper 1 cup packed light brown sugar 2/3 cup peeled and diced apple 1/2 cup golden or dark raisins 1/3 cup cider vinegar 3 tablespoons powdered pectin 2 tablespoons tomato paste 1 teaspoon kosher salt 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 1 teaspoon Tabasco or other hot sauce 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice

Description

Place Tomatoes With Their Juices, Onion, Bell Pepper, Brown Sugar, Apple, Raisins, Vinegar, Pectin, Tomato Paste, Salt, Pepper, Tabasco, Mustard And Allspice In A Medium Bowl And Stir To Blend. Transfer To The Bread Pan Fitted With The Kneading Paddle. P
