1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup canola oil
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 teasoon almond extract
1 cup grated fresh zucchini
1/2 cup chopped morello cherries (jarred)
2 tablespoons cherry juice (you can use cider or 100 percent cherry juice)
