Filling:
1 teaspoon butter
1/4 cup cooked shrimp, salad size
1/2 cup (2 ounces) Wisconsin Provolone cheese, shredded
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash cayenne pepper
8 ounces crabmeat, drained, finely chopped
1/2 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
