Ingredients

1 package (16 ounces) curly edged dumpling egg noodles, cooked and drained; divided in half

6 tablespoons butter
2 large onions, pureed
4 cloves garlic, pureed
6 tablespoons flour
2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
6 cups milk
1 cup (3 ounces) grated Wisconsin Parmesan cheese

Vegetable Lasagna:
1 sweet red pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Wisconsin Swiss cheese
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Wisconsin Provolone cheese
2 carrots, thinly sliced
1 cup broccoli flowerettes

Meat Lasagna:
3 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 pound) cooked and chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons dried tarragon leaves, divided
1 cup (8 ounces) small white mushrooms, sliced, divided
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Wisconsin Sharp Cheddar cheese, divided
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Wisconsin Monterey Jack cheese, divided
