12 crimini mushrooms, quartered
6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup heavy cream
1 cup Wisconsin SarVecchioâ„¢ Parmesan Cheese, grated
