  • 250.0g fresh tortellini (ham and cheese works well)
  • 3 tbsp pesto (fresh if you can get it)
  • 2 tbsp toasted pine nuts
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 8 cherry tomatoes , halved
