- 1.0kg frozen spinach , defrosted
- 200.0g pack low-fat feta cheese
- generous grating nutmeg
- large handful olives , pitted and chopped
- 1.0 tbsp capers , rinsed
- 400.0g can chopped tomatoes
- 25.0g parmesan , grated
