- 2 large garlic cloves, minced
- 1 heaping tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp freshly milled black pepper
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
- 4 bone-in pork chops, about 1 1/2 pounds
- 2 cups commercial Kimchi
- 1 tbsp bacon fat or vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 3 green onions, green and white parts, thinly sliced on the diagonal
