  • 100.0g butter
  • 1.0 tbsp golden syrup or honey
  • 100.0g bar dark chocolate
  • 100.0g bar milk chocolate
  • 1.0 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2.0 tbsp icing sugar , plus extra for dusting
  • 200.0ml whipping cream
  • 3.0 tbsp crème fraîche , to decorate
  • 200.0g raspberries , to serve
