  • 1.0 tbsp curry paste of your choice
  • 200.0g basmati rice
  • 350.0g cauliflower florets
  • 400.0g can chickpeas , rinsed and drained
  • 500.0ml vegetable stock
  • 50.0g toasted flaked almonds
  • handful chopped coriander
