Grilled Sesame Crab Hash Recipe

Ingredients

  • 12 ounce Lump crabmeat, picked clean, shredded by hand
  • 1 1/2 c. Red potatoes, cooked and diced
  • 2 med Roasted red bell peppers, diced
  • 1 lrg Egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Grnd red pepper
  • 1/4 c. Heavy cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh cilantro leaves, minced
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. Fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 c. Fresh bread crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp. Sesame seeds, grnd in a coffee or possibly spice grinder
  • 1 tsp Oriental sesame oil
  •     Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. Light extra virgin olive oil (not virgin or possibly extra-virgin)
  • 1 Tbsp. Peanut oil
  • 2 tsp Garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Crushed red pepper
  • 1 tsp Fresh ginger, chopped
  • 1/4 c. Fermented black beans, well rinsed, minced
  • 1 c. Fish stock, clam juice, or possibly water
  • 1 tsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp Dark soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar, or possibly more to taste
  • 2 tsp Cornstarch, mixed with
  • 1 Tbsp. Cool water
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 c. Shallots, minced
  • 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
  • 4 lrg Tomatoes, hard, ripe and meaty, peeled,, seeded and minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh basil leaves, slivered
