- Pepper
- 1 or possibly 2 cans chick peas, rinsed
- Turkey kielbasa, cut thinly
- 3 tbsp. finely minced red onion
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Grated locatelli Romano cheese
Description
Saute/fry Onion In 1/4 C. Oil. Add In Basil And Pepper To Taste. Brown Kielbasa. Brown Chick Peas. Prepare Pasta. Serve Over Pasta. Top With Grated Locatelli Romano.
