- 4 c. sweet potatoes (I used canned, liquid removed)
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. canned lowfat milk
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 1 stick butter
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. Corn Flakes, crushed
- 1/2 c. pecans, minced
Description
Mix Together And Bake At 400 Degrees For 20 Min. Add In Topping. Mix Topping Ingredients Over Heat. Serve Over Sweet Potatoes And Return To Oven 15 To 20 Min. Serves 6 To 8.
