Ath's "fresh Salsa" Macaroni Salad Recipe


  • 8 (12 ounce) sm or possibly medium shell macaroni
  • 1-2 tomatoes, halved and sliced
  • Several green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 - 1 green pepper, sliced
  • Several radishes, sliced thinly (optional)
  • Fresh cilantro, minced
  • 1/2 pound cooked turkey or possibly chicken, shredded or possibly chunked
  • 4 (8 ounce) Italian salad dressing


Cook; Drain And Cool Macaroni. Add In Vegetables And Cilantro To Taste. Stir In Turkey And Toss With Dressing. Refrigerate.
