- 1 x Garlic head, with skins halved horizontally
- 1/2 bn Fresh parsley, with stems
- 1 Tbsp. Black peppercorns
- 2 x Bay leaves
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Dry tarragon
- 1 tsp Dry thyme
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
