- 2 x Parsnips quartered
- 1 x Fresh thyme sprig

- 6 x Parsley sprigs
- Â Â Salt to taste
- 2 lrg Large eggs beaten lightly
- 3 Tbsp. Seltzer
- 2 Tbsp. Rendered chicken fat melted
- 1/4 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp Freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1/2 c. Matzoh Meal
