• 4 ounce unsweetened chocolate melted
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 8 ounce semisweet chocolate coarsely minced
• 1/2 c. strong brewed coffee
• 1/2 c. apricot or possibly strawberry preserves strained
• 1 Tbsp. fruit liqueur (optional)
