Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. heavy cream
  • 4 x strips bacon minced
  • 3 x celery stalks minced
  • 2 can reduced-sodium chicken broth - (14 1/2 ounce ea)
  • 1 bot bottled clam juice - (8 ounce)
  • 2 can minced or possibly chopped clams - (6 1/2 ounce ea) liquid removed, and
  •     juice reserved
  • 3 c. cooked cauliflower
  • 1 dsh Tabasco sauce
  • 1 dsh Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. cool butter cut into pcs
