- 1 lrg Yellow onion, minced
- 1 bn green onions, minced
- 1 x Bell pepper, cored & minced
- 2 stalk celery, minced
- 4 x Cloves garlic, minced fine
- 2Â 1/2 quart "Chicken Soup Stock" or possibly canned chicken broth
- 2 whl bay leaves
- 1/2 tsp Basil
- 1/2 Tbsp. Poultry seasoning
- 1 pch Each cloves & allspice
- 1Â 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Tabasco
- Â Â Salt & black pepper to taste
