• 1 lrg Yellow onion, minced
• 1 bn green onions, minced
• 1 x Bell pepper, cored & minced
• 2 stalk celery, minced
• 4 x Cloves garlic, minced fine
• 2 1/2 quart "Chicken Soup Stock" or possibly canned chicken broth
• 2 whl bay leaves
• 1/2 tsp Basil
• 1/2 Tbsp. Poultry seasoning
• 1 pch Each cloves & allspice
• 1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp Tabasco
•     Salt & black pepper to taste
• 2 c. Raw long-grain rice
