Ingredients
- 6 x Fresh green chiles, roasted, peeled, and cut in lenghwise slices
- 1 x Onion, minced
- 2 Tbsp. Bacon grease
- 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
- 2 lrg Fresh tomatoes, peeled and finely minced
- 2Â 1/2 c. Shredded Monterey Jack or possibly Longhorn cheese
- Â Â Salt to taste
Description
Saute/fry Chile And Onion In Bacon Grease. Add In Garlic And Cook Till Soft. Heat Till Cheese Melts.
