Chile Con Queso Mexicano Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 x Fresh green chiles, roasted, peeled, and cut in lenghwise slices
  • 1 x Onion, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Bacon grease
  • 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
  • 2 lrg Fresh tomatoes, peeled and finely minced
  • 2 1/2 c. Shredded Monterey Jack or possibly Longhorn cheese
  •     Salt to taste

Description

Saute/fry Chile And Onion In Bacon Grease. Add In Garlic And Cook Till Soft. Heat Till Cheese Melts.
