Ingredients

  • 1/2 a large onion sliced thin
  • 4 Tbsp organic butter
  • 1.5 Tbsp fresh minced tarragon
  • 1/2 lemon juiced and zested or one full small lemon
  • 5-7 button mushrooms sliced
  • coarse sea salt to taste
  • fresh ground pepper to taste
  • 2-3 Tbsp APF (all purpose flour)
  • 6-8oz. of organic chicken broth
  • 1/4 to 1/3 organic heavy cream depending on how thick you like your sauce.
