- 2 Tbsp. shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 x green onion minced
- 1/2 tsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic pwdr
- 2/3 c. unseasoned breadcrumbs (Progresso is good)
- 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp dry dill
- 1 x egg beaten
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. shortening - (to 3) for frying
