• 4 Tbsp. Lard (I did use lard as I had some, gonna try Crisco next time)
• 5 med Sized mcintosh apples (and I obviously used pears)
• 1 1/2 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
• 1 1/2 c. Flour
• 2 pkt (0.25-ounce) active dry yeast
• 1/4 c. Tepid water
• 2/3 c. Sugar
• 2 tsp Grated lemon peel
• 2 x Large eggs
• 1/2 c. Raisins, soaked in water for 20 min & liquid removed
