- 1 1/2 c. minced fresh broccoli
- 1/2 c. finely minced sweet red pepper (pimento is fine too)
- 1/4 c. finely minced onion
- 1/4 c. water
- 8 ounce. frzn egg substitute, thawed
- 8 ounce. imitation crab (or possibly lump crabmeat)
- 3/4 c. shredded reduced fat Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon grnd red pepper (cayenne is nice if you enjoy spicey foods)
- 1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
