- 1 c. chicken broth, white wine and/or possibly Clamato juice

- 1 Tbsp. salt-free Italian herb seasoning
- 1/4 lb cod or possibly other boneless mild-flavored fish fillets
- 1/4 lb small shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 lb bay scallops
- 1 lrg tomato, minced
- 1/4 c. flaked crabmeat or possibly crabmeat blend
- 1 can (10 ounces) baby clams, rinsed and liquid removed (optional)
- 4 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
