Apricot Glazed Fish Recipe


  • 2 ounce No-soak apricots, finely minced
  • 2 tsp Minced Fresh Coriander
  • 1 ounce Butter, softened
  • 4 x 6 ounce thick coley or possibly haddock fillets, skinned.
